Small Claims Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, l996

IN exercise oflhe powers vC$ted in him by section 16 oflhe Small

Claims Tribunal Act. 1995, the Minister of Justice and the Arts has

made the following rules:-

These rules may be cited as the Small Claims Tribunal

(Amendmcnl) Rules. 1996, and shall be read and COll5trued as one with

(he Small CJaims Tribunal Rules , 1995, hereinafter referred to as "the

principal rulcs".
