Order, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Housing

Authority Act. the President of Malta has made the fo llowing orde r:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authori ty (Transfer Ci" • .,.,.

of Assets) (No. 7) Order, 1996.

T he property described in article 4 o f this order is hereby Spocirood
