IN exercise o f the powers conferrro by section 8 of the Statute

Law Revision Act, 1980. the Minister of Justice and the Arts has

appointed the l SI February, 1996 as the date on which Volume IV of

the Revised Edition of the Laws of Malta 1984 (Loose-Leaf Form)

published by the Law Commission under the said Act, shaH come into
