IN exercise of the powers conferred by the Local Loans Act, 1996

and by section 4( 1)(a). of the Local Loans (Registered Stock and

Securities) Ordinance, Cap. 161, the Minister ofFinance has authorised

that due IOoversubscription in Lml2.ooo.ooo 7.5% Malta Government

created by means of Legal Notice No. 176 of 1996

Stock 2011

published on the 10th September. 1996, an additional Lm3.ooo.ooo

7.5% Malta Government Slock 20 11 (I) having the same conditions

shall be created thus bringing the lotal amount of this Stock to

LmlS,ooo,ooo. All applications received by the closing dale 28lh

September. 1996 will be accepted.
