OPI>QSITION NOMINEES ACT, 1996

(ACT NO. IX OF 1996)

Malta I)e"elopment Cot"poration (Opposition Nominee) Order, 1996

BY virtue of subsection (5) of section 3 of the Oppos ition

Nominees Act. 1996. the Pri me Minister has ordered that one of the

memben that may be appointed by the Minister responsible for

industry other than the Chainnan. Deputy Chairman or the tWO directors

to be appointed from amongst public officers in terms of section 4 of

the Malla Development Corporation Act,Cap. 202 , shall be appointed

by the Prime Min iste r in accordance with and under the said section 3

of the Opposition Nominees Act. 1996.
