OPI'OSITION NOMINEES ACT, 1996

Water Servi«:s Corporation (O pposition Nominee) Order, 1996
BY virtue of subsection (5) of section 3 of the OPPOsition
Nominees Act, 1996. the Prime Minister has ordered that one of the
members that may be appointed by the Minister responsible for water
other than the Chairman, Deputy Chairman and the member elected
by secret ballot by and from amongst the employees of the Corporation,
in terms of section 5 of the Water Services Corporation Act. 1991
(Act No. XXlll of 1991), shall be appointed by the Prime Minister in
accordance with and under the said section 3 of the Opposition
Nominees Act, 1996.
