Investment Services Act (Tu nsitional Prov isions)

(Revocation) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by secti on 3 1 of the

Investment Services Act, 1994 , the Minister of Fi nance acting on

the ad vice of the Malta Financial Services Cenl re, has made the

fo llowing regulalions:-

I . These regulations may be cited as the Investment Services

ACI (Transitional Provisions) (Revocation) Regulations, 1996, and

shall come inlo force on the 23rd September, 1996.

The Investment Services Act (Transitional Provisions)

Regulations, 1994 shall be revoked wi lh effecl fro m the 23rd

September. 1996 and as fro m that date. all transi tional arrangements

and au thorisations granted by the competent au thority in vi rtue

thereof shall cease to have effect.
