Local Councils (Procedures) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section

72 of the Local Councils Act, 1993, the Prime Minister has made the

following re gulations:-

In the exercise of their functions under the Local Councils

Act, 1993, Local Councils, their Secrelaries and employees shall comply

wit h the Procedures set out in the publications listed in the Schedule

hereto .
