Code of Organizatk)D and Civil Procedure

(Schedule B) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regul ations, 1996

IN exercise of the powen conferred by subsection (3) of section

1007 of tile Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, the Ministerof

Justice and the Arts has made the following regulations:-

( I) These regulat ions may be cited as the Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure (Schedule 8 ) (Amendmcnc) (No. 2)

Regulations . 1996. and shall be read and construed as one with the

Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter teferred 10 as

" the Code".

(2) 1'he$c: regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 1st January , 1996.

In Form No. 9 in Schedule B of the Code as renumbered by

paragraph (g) of regulation 2 of Legal Noe:ioe 190 of 1995, forthe words

"(as in Form No. n INo. /3)," there shall be substituted the words "(as

in Form No. 8).~.
