Notice of coming into force
BY virtue of the powers conferred by section 1 of the General
Elcc:tions (Amendmenl) Act, 1996. the Prime Minister has established
the 13th Septe mber. 1996 as the dale on which all the provisions of the
said Act shall come into force .
