Pensions Ordinance (Employment with Glan FraDgisk Abela

Junior College) Order,l996

IN exercise of the powers confermi by section SA of the Pensions

Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance", the President

has made the following order:-

I. This order may be c ited as the Pe nsions Ordinance

(Employment with Gian Frangisk Abela JuniorCollege) Order, 1996.

Gian Frangisk Abela Junior College is being designated as

an entity with which an officer who tenni nates Government service

may take up full lime employment in lenns of section 8A of the

Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.
