Part-time Work (Notice to Employer) (Amendment) Rules, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 90A and 96 of the

Income Tax Act, hereinafter referred to as "the Act". the Minister of

Finance has made the following rules:-

( I) These rules may be cited as the Pan-time Work (Notice

to Employer)(Amendment} Rules, 1996, and shall be read and construed

as one with the Pan-time Work (Nolice 10 Employer) Rules. 1996.

hereinafter referred to as .. the principal rules" .

(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force in

respect of the basis year which commenced on the 1st January. 1996

and of subsequent basis years.
