Notice or coming Into rorce or Correction or the Crimina] Code

(Cap. 9)

IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection (3) or

section 7 oflhe Statute Law Revision Act, 1980,the Minister of Justice

and the Arts has appointed the 1st January, 1987 as the date on which

the correction of the Criminal Code (Cap. 9) made by the Statu te Law

Revision Commission and publishcdon the 30th August, 1996, by Legal

Notice No. 162 of 1996 shall come into force .
