Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section I

of me Private Guards and Local Wardens Act, 1996. the Minister for

Home Affairs has established the 27th August. 1996 as the date on

which all the remaining provisions oflhesaid Act shall come into force .
