(Amendmenl) (No. 3) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1004 of the Code

of Organization and Civil Procedure. the Minister of Justice and the

Am, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. has made the

fol lowing regulations:-

J. ( I) These regu lations may be cited as the Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure (Schedule A) (Amendment) (No. 3)

'Regulations, 1996 and shall be read andconstrued as one with Schedule

A annexed to the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter

referred to as "Schedule A".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into

force on the 28th June , 1996.

For the words "subsection (3)" in paragraph 4S of Tariff E of

Sched ule A there shall be substituted the words Msubsection (2)".
