Purchase or Prescribed Forms Regulations, 1996

IN exercise oflhe powers conferred by sections 1007 and 1008 of

lhe Code of Organizalion and Civil Procedure . hereinafter referred to

as .. the Code". the Minisler of Justice and the Am. with the concurrence

of lhe Minister of Finance, has made the following reguJations:-

These regulations may be cited as the Purchase of Prescribed

Forms Regulations , 1996.

The prescribed forms contained in Schedule B to the Code

( I)

shall be purchased from the Registrar of Courts upon payment of a fee

of ten cents for each prescribed fonn.

(2) The provisions of paragraph (I) of this regulation shall

also apply to the purchase of fonns used in lhe inferior courts .

The words " 10 cents" shall be added at the end of each

prescribed fann contained in Schedule B annexed to the Code.

Government Notice No. 182 of 1913 and Government Notice

No. 274 of 19 16 are hereby repealed.
