Wage Increase National Standard (A mendment) Order, 1.995

IN exerciseohhe powers conferred by section 4 ofthe Conditions

of Employment (Regulation) Acr.. the: MiniSier ofEduc:ation and Human

Resources, on the recommendation of the Labour Board, has made

the following ordc:r: -

I. Thi s Order llIay be: cited as the Wage Increase: National

Standard (Amendment) Order. 1995.and it shall be read and construed

as one with the Wage Incre •.• e National Standard Order, 1995 ,

hereinafter referred to as "the principal order".

In the English lext o f artide 2 o f the principal order, for the

words " 1st January, 1 995~ there shall be substituted the words ~ I sl

January. 1996".
