(FOURTH ISSUE)

IN exercise orthe powers conferred by the Local Loans Act. 1996 and

by section 4(IXa), oflhe Local Loans (RegiSlettd SlOCk and Secwities)

Ordinance. Cap. 161 ,the M inister of Finance has authorised that due

to oversubscription in Lm6.ooo.ooo 6.3% Malta Govemment Stock

1999 (IV) created by means of Legal Notice No. 125 of 1996 published

on the 28th J une, 1996 . an additional Lml,500.ooo 6.3% Malta

Govern ment Stock 1999 (IV) having the same condi tio ns shall be

created thus bringing the total amoun t of this Stock to Lm7,500,ooo.

All applications received by the closing date 20th July, 1996 will be

accepted .
