IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Official

Secrets Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), the Prime Minister

has made the following order: -

prescribed for the purposes of subsection (I) of section 2 (defini tion of

"public servant"), paragraph (f).

to this Order are hereby prescribed for the purposes of subsection (5) of bodia.
