Nolke of coming Inlo force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1

of the OfficiaJ Secrets (Amendment) Act, 1996,lhe Prime Minister has

established the 26th day of July, 1996 as the date on which all the

provisions othe r Ihan section 9 of the said Act shall come into force;

and the 22nd day of November, 1996 as the date on which section 9 of

that Act shall come into force.
