Notice of coming into forte

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section I

of the Security Service Act, 1996, the Prime Minister has established

the 26th day of July , 1996 as the date on which sections 1, 2,3 , 4,5, 11 .

12, 13, 15, 16, 17. 18 and 19 of the said Act shall come into force: and

the 6th day of September, 1996 as the date on which sections 6, 7,8, 9,

10 and 14 of that Act shall come into force .
