IN exercise of lhe powers conferred by regulation I of the Public

Service (Procurement) Regulations. 1996.the Minister of Finance has

appointed the 1st August. 1996 as the dale on which regulations I 10

12 und 1410 16 of the said Regulations and the Th ird to the Seventh

Schedules IhereTO shall come into force: and the 1st January, 1997 as

the date on which subparosrophs (a) and (g) of paragmph (2) of

regulation 5 ~md rcguhllion 13 of the said Regulations and the First.

Second and Eighth Schedules thereto. shall come into force.
