Malta J\{aritime Authority (Opposition Nominee) Order, 1996

BY virtue of subsection (5) of sectio n 3 of th e Opposition

Nominees Act, 19%, the Prime Minister has ordered that one of the

me mbers that may be appointed by the Minister respons ible for ports

and shipping other than the Chairman and the Vice-C hairman in terms

o f section 4 of the Malta Maritime Authority Act , 1991 (Act No. XVII

of 1991 ), shall be appointed by the Prime Minister in accordance with

and unde r the said section 3 of the Opposition Nominees Act , 1996.
