FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. 35)

Fees (Court Notices) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance. the Minister of Justice and the Arts , wi th the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations:-

I. ( I) T hese regulations may be cited as the Fees (Co urt

Notices) Regulations. 1996.

There shall be charged by the Registrar of Courts , in respect

of the publication of a coun notice in the Gazette, irrespective of the

length of such notice. a fee of Lm3.

The Fees (Coun Notices) Regulations, 1977, are hereby

re pealed.
