IN exerci se of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of secti on

1007 oflhe Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure, the Minister of

Justice and the Ans has made the following regulations:-

(I) These regulations may be ci ted as the Code o f OIaIioIItnd

Organization and Civil Procedu re (Schedule B) (Ame ndment) amw .... _ _

Regulations. 1996, and shall be read and constroed as one wi th the

Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure. hereinafter referred 10 as 0.. 11

"the Code".

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come inlO
