Civil AviaUon (Route Charges for Navigation Services)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Eurocontrol

Act, 1989, the Minister for Transport, Communications and Tcchnology

has made the foll owing regulations

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation OtaciceMII

(Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations, OQIDJ' ............. ,

1996, and shall be read and construed as one with the Civil Aviation

(Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations, 1989, hereinafter LN . I6I

referred to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shall come into force on the 1st Jul y,
