MEDICAL AND KINDRED PRO.' ESSIONS ORDINANCE

(CAP. 31)

Dispensaries (Lkensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1996

IN exercise of the powers eonferred by section 40 of the Medical

and Kindred Profess ions Ord inance. the Minister for Social

Development. after consultation with the Council o f Health, has made

the following regulations:-

J. These regula tions may be cited as the Di spensaries

(Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1996 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Dispensaries (Licensing) Regulations, 1984,
