iN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections (2) and (3) of

section I of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendmem)

Act, 1995. the Minister of Justice and the Arts has established the 1st

day of October , 1996 as the date on which sections 67,69,70.71,76 to

SO, 99 , 103. 104 . 106,228 and subsections (3) and (12) of section 362

of that Act, shall come imo force ,
