Consumer Claims Tribunal (Deposit of Acts) Order, 1996

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section

26 of the Consumer Affairs Act, 1994, the Minister (or Economic

Services, with the concurrence o f the Minister of Justice and the Arts.

has established that the ac ts and records of the Consumer C laims

Tribunal (Malta) shall be depos ited and kept in the edifice of the

Department of Consumer Affairs in Valletta, and that the BtIS and

records of the Consumer Claims Tribunal (Oozo) shall be deposited

and kept in the building used by the Gow Administrative Centre in

VklOria, Gozo.
