IN exercise of Ihe powers conferred by seclio n 13 of the

Commissioners for Justice Act, bcrcinafler rcfcrm1lo as "the Act", the

MiniSler of Juslicc and the Arts has made the following rcgu lations:-

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Commissioners

for Justice Aa (Amendment of Schedule) Regulatio ns, 1996.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1 SI July.

1996. The Schedule 10 the Act shall be amended as follows

(a) in ilem 2lherof. for !he words from "67 to 89,"10 " 197.

228." there shall be substituled the following

"67 10 103,10.5 to 112, I 14 to I 18, 123. 1 ~.5, 126 . 1 28to

131,139, 144 , 146. 147, 14910 1.51.154.1.56,1.58.162,163.

170, 176, 178. 19.5 , 197 , 228 .229. 23.5,237.242."; and

(b) immediately after item 8 thereof, there shall be added

the following IWO new ilems:-

"9 . Tobacco (S moking Control ) Act (Cap . 315)

Section 14.

10 . MOlo r Vehicles ( Wearin g o f Seal Belts)

Regulalions . 199.5 (Legal Notice 129 o f 199.5) ....
