CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE

(AMENDMENT) ACT, 1995

(ACT NO. XXIV OF 1995)

Notice of coming into force

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections (2) and (3) of

section I of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment)

Act, 1995, the Minister of Justice and the Arts has established the 1st

day of July, 1996 as the date on which sections 21. 22, 4 1, 112, 172,

312 and subsection (5) of section 362 of that Act , shall eome into

force.
