Companies Act (Forms) Regulations, 1996
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 425 of the
Companies Act, 199.5, the MinisterofFinanct.has made the following
regulations:-
(I) These regulations may be cited as the Companies Act, CktIIo. ... .
(Forna) Regulations, 1996.
-
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 1st January . 1996.
