National Museums and Monuments

("' ees) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance. the Minister of Justice and the Arts, with the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance . has made the followi ng regulations:-

These regulations may be cited as the National Museums 00_ . . ,

and Monuments (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations. 1995 and shall be L.N. III

read andconstnled as cme with the National Museums and Monuments t1l1992.

(Fees) Regulations , 1992. hereunder referred to as "the principal

regulations" .

In regulation 3 of the principal regulations there shall be .-........Is

added the following new paragraph: -

"(3) There shall becharged the following fees by Ihe

Director of Museums at Gozo

(a) a fee of Lm I per person of 19 years of age

or over for admission to both the Ggantija Temples

and the Ta' Kola Windmill . located at Xaghra;

(b) a fee of Lml per person of 19 years orage

or over for admission 10 anyone of the following

museums sited at the Citadel. in Victoria

The Museum of Archaeology

The Museum of FolKlore

The Museum of Natural History

Provided thal a fee of Lm 1.5Oc shall be charged for

admission to all three museums mentioned in su bparag~aph

(b) above;

Provided funiler that 110 admission fee to !he museum

and monuments shall be charged as regards persons who _

(a) are under 19 years of age;

are aged 65 or over.".

In the Schedule 10 the principal regulations, for the

substituted the following: -
