(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of (he powers conferred by section 3 of the United

Nativns (Security Council Sanctions) Act, 1993, the Prime Minister

has made the following regulations:-

These regulations may becited as the United Nations Sanctions

(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations, 1995 and shall be rcadand con~trued

as one with tbe United Nations (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia -

Serbia and Montenegro) Regulations, 1994, hereinafter referred to as

"the principal regulations".

In paragraph (a) of regulation 21 of the principal regulations

for the words "22nd April, 1995" there shall be substituted the words

"5th July, 1995".
