Overseas Post (A meftdment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1995

IN e)lercise ofthe powers confe rred by section 17 oflhe Post Office

Act, the Minister for Transport, Communications and Technology,

with the concurreneeofthe Minister ofFinanee . has made the following

regulat ions:-

I . (I) These regulations may be dted as the Overseas Post

(Amendment ) (No. 2) Regulations. 1995. and shall be read and

construed as onc with the Overseas Post Regulations. 1989, hereinafter

referred to as "the principal regul at ions".

(2) These regula tions shall come into force on the 1st June,

'995.
