Inland Post (AlMfldmtnt) (No. 2) Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of the l)Owc r~ co nferred byseclion 17 of the POSI Office

Aa , the Minister for Transport, Communications and Technology,

with the toncurrcnce of the Ministe r of Finance , has made the following

regulations:-

I. (I) These regula tion:!; may be ciled as the Inland Post

(Amendment ) (No. 2) Regula tions, 1995. and shall be read and

construed as one with the Inland Post Regulations, 1985. hereinafter

refe rred 10 as Mlhe principal rcgulatioos-.

These regulations shall come into force on th e 1st June .
