T elephone Serv ice (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations, 1995

LN exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 oflhe Te1emaha

Corporation Act, the Board, with the approval of the Minister for

Transport. Communications and Technology and with the concurrence

of the Minister of Finance, has made the roJlowing regulntions:-

These regulations shall come into force on the 15th June.

charges specified in these regulations shall not bedeemed to be inclusive

of value added tax payable under the said Act. Value added tax shall be ~o. ""

2. Rental Charges (per annum)

Provided that the minimum rental chargeable

in respect ofa temporary installation shall be l...m24,

3. Network Usage Charges

The charges for cans shall be those laid down

in respect of exchange lines charged the business

rate of renlal as specified in paragraph 3 of the

Founh Schedule 10 these: regulations, and shall be
