IN exercise of the powers confetrcd by section 4 of lb: Commission

for the Administration of Justice Act. 1994, the Corwnission for the

Administnltion of Justice has made the following rules:-

I. 1bese rules may becited as the Committee for Advocates and

Legal PIOCuratOrs (PJocedure) RuJes. 1995.

Where the Conunittcc for Advocates and Legal Procurators is

composed also of the persons indicated in item (ill) of pangnph Ca) of

subsection (2) of section 3 of the Commission for the Administration of

Justice Aa. 1994. the same Committee shall. if its chairman is one of

the members appointed by the Ownber of AdVOOIles, elect one ofthc

me mbers of the Committcc as composed. 10 preside over its meetings.
