iN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section

72 of the Local Councils Act, 1993. the Prime Mlni5(er has made the

following regu]ations:-

I. Tbcse regulations may be cited as the I oeal Councils ACl 00 __

(Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations, 1995, and shall be read

and construed as onc with the Fourth Schedule to the Local Councils

Act. 1993, hereinafter referred 10 as "'the Fourth Schedule",

The Fourth Schedule shall be amended as rollows: -
