iN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Shops

and Hawkers (Busi ness Hours) Act, the Min is te r of Education and

Human Resources has made the following regulations:-

These regulations m3y be cited as the Shops Business Ho urs

Reg. 1 — Regulations, 1995 Open official source

(Tourist Locality) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 and shall be read

and construed as one with the Shops Business Hours (Tourist l ocali ty)

Regulations. 1993. hereinafle r referred 10 as "the principal regulations".

In the defi nitio n of "shop" in re gulatio n 2 of the principal

regulations. for the words "and hairdressers:" in paragraph Cg) thereof

there shall be substit Uled the words "and haird ressers;" and immediately

after paragraph (g) thereo r there shall be added the following new

paragraph
