IN exe rcise of the powers conferred by section 12 of th e

Housing Authority Act, th e Pr~idc nl of Malta has made the

following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Housing Authority (Transfer

of Assets) Order. 1995.

The property described in article 4 of this order is hereby

specified for the purposes of section 12 of the Housing Authority

Att.

The property specified in article 2 01 Ihis order shall be

transferred and vest in the Housing Au thority as provided in the

section aforesaid with effect from the 30th November, 1994.

The property referred to in article 2 of Ihis order is the

follo'A-i ng, that is to say

(1) An area of land forming part of the Swieqi

Govern ment Housing EUale, limits of SI. Julilns, having an

area of approximately 1,644 square metres, bounded on the

North by Triq il- Wasliet , on the South-East by Triq is-Sidra and

on !be East by Triq il-Ghajn, edged green on L.O. 8G'84IS.

(2) An area of land forming part of Is-Sghajtar

Government Housing Eslale, limits of Naxxar, having an area of

approximately 428 square metres, bou nded on the North by Triq

il-Ooton, on the South -East by Triq l-G hakkies, and on the

North-West partly by Government property and panly by

property of Joseph Grixli , edged gree n on L.O. 142181113.

There also exists on th e South-West a window ease ment at first

(Joor of T .H. 68 in Triq I-G hakkies.

(3) Aat number 2, Enuan<:e D, Appartamenti 1-21 ta '
