MARRIAGE ACT

Act or Marriage (Forms) Regulations, 1995

IN ellercise of the powers conferred by secti oll 34 of the Marriage

Act, the Millister of Justice has made the following regulation~ :-

These regulations may be ciled as the Act of Marriage (Fomls)

Regulations, 1995, and shall come into force on the 15th May. 1995.

For the purposes of section 21 of the Marriage Act, the foml

of the Act of Marriage to be used in connection with Catholic Marriages

in accordance with the said Act, shall be as shown in the Schedule to

these regul ations.
