FEES ORDINANCE

(CAP. J5)

IN exercise of the powers conferTed by section 2 of the Fees

Ordinance , the Minister of Finance has made the follOwing

regulations:-

I. ( I) These regulations may be cited as the Fees (Customs

Weighers) (Amendment) Regulations, 1995 and shall be read and

construed as one with the Fees (Customs Weighers) Regulations, 1981 ,

hereinafter referred to as ~ th c principal regulations".

(2) These regul ations shall be deemed 10 have come into

force on the 1st January , 1994.
