Overseas Post (Amendment) Regu&.tions, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Post Office

Act, the Minister for Transport, Communications and Technology,

with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. has made the following

regulations:-

I. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Overseas Post

(Amendment) Regulations, 1995, and shall be read and construed as

one with the Overseas Post Regulatio ns, 1989, hereinafter refe rred to as

"the principal regulations".

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 3rd April,

1995.

In the Sixth Schedule to the principal regulatio ns , for the items

and figures relating to Sizes G and H under the heading"Regulation 5

Selling Prices of Post Office Stationery" there shall be substituted the

following: -
