Immigration (Residence Pennlts and Employment Lkences) (Fees)

(Amendment) Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the

Immigration Act and by section 2 of the Fees Ordinance, the Minister

for Home Affairs and Social Development, with the concurrence or llle

Minister of Finance, has made the following regullllions:-

I. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Immigration

(Residence Permits and Employment Licences) (Fees) (Amendment)

Regulations, 1995. and shall be read and construed as one with the

Immigration (Residence Pennits and Employment Licences) (Fees)

Regulations, 1993, hereinafter referred 10 as "the principal regulations",

(2) These regulations shall come inlo force on the 3rd Apri l.

1995 .

For items 3 and 4 in regulation 2 of the principal regUlations

there shall be substituted the followi ng:-
