Place of Det(!ntion Designatio n Order, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred QY sections 10(1) (2). 22(5),

34(1) and 36(1) oftbe Immigration Act. the Minister for Home Affain

and Social Development and the Minister of Justice have made the

following order:-

I. This order may be cited as the Place of Detention Designation

Order, 1995.
