IN 6crcise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Malta

Police Ordinance, the Minister for Home Affian and Social

Development has made the following regulations: -

(I) These regulations may be cited as the Mal ta Police

(Amendment) Regulations, 1995, and shall be read and construed 85

one with the Malta Police Regulations, 1960, hereinafter referred to 85
