IN exercise of the powers conferred by sedion 13 of lhe Guest

Houses and Holiday Furnished Premises Act . the Ministe r for

Eronomic Services, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance ,

has made the following regulations:-

I. ( I) These regulations may be cited as the G uest Houses

and Holiday Furnished Premises (Amendment) Regulations, 1995,

and shall be read and construed as one with the Guest H ouses and

Holiday Furnished Premises Regulations , 1976, he reinafter referred

to as "the principal regulations".

These regulations shall be deemed 10 have come into

force on the ist January, 1995.

In the Eighth Schedule 10 the principal regulations, for

following: -
