IN exercise of the powers confe rred by subsection (I) of sectio n 6 of

the Financial Administratio n and Audit Act, hereinafter referred to as

Mthe Act the Prime MiniSler has made the following order:-

I. This order may be cited u the DiretOf of Audit (Revision of

Salary) (No. 2) Order, 1995, and ihall be deemed to have come into

effect on the dates specified in article 2 of this Order.

Without prejudice to the proviso to subsection (I) of section 6

of the Act, there dlall be paid to the Director of Audit, instead of the

salary prescribed in tha t lubsection, -

with effect from 1 January . 1994 -
