C ustoms (Amendment) Regulations, 1995

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Customs

Ordinance,the MiniSlerofFinance ha<; made the following regulations:-

1bese regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment)

Regulations, 1995 and shall be read and construed as one with the

Customs Regulations, 1957. hereinafter referred to as 'lhe principal

regulations".

In the Fitst Schedule to the principal regulations. immediately

after paragraph 9, there shall be added the (ollowing new paragraph

"10, 1lte extension at Laboratory Wharf stretching from

Labon\tory Wharf Entrance Gate to Ras Haniir when used as a

transhipment base for motor·vehicles and bulk products.".
